We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and password when creating an account. We also collect usage data such as chat history (stored securely), character preferences, game activity and token status, and device information (browser type, OS) to optimize the service.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, personalize your experience with AI characters, process token transactions and subscriptions, send service updates and marketing communications (with your consent), and maintain platform security.
Your data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption. Chat conversations are stored on our secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use Supabase as our database provider with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled.
Conversations with AI characters are processed through third-party language models (OpenAI, Anthropic). We do not train our own models on your conversations. Conversation transcripts are stored to provide continuity in your chats. You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: service providers who help us operate the platform (payment processors, AI providers), law enforcement when required by law, and business partners with your explicit consent.
We use essential cookies for authentication and service functionality. We use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns (can be opted out). We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, export your data in a machine-readable format, and withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact support@personera.com.
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that data promptly.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in accordance with applicable laws.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
