Refund Policy

1. General Policy

AYRAN DIGITAL YAZILIM PAZARLAMA VE GELISTIRME LIMITED SIRKETI (hereinafter "the Company"), which operates the Personera platform, maintains a strict NO REFUND policy for all purchases made on the platform. All sales are final. By making any purchase on Personera, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2. Token Purchases

Tokens purchased on Personera are in-platform virtual currency and are NOT refundable. Once tokens are credited to your account, the transaction is considered complete and final. No refunds will be issued for unused tokens, partially or fully spent tokens, dissatisfaction with AI responses, changes in token pricing after purchase, or voluntary account closure.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are NOT refundable. By subscribing, you commit to the full billing cycle. If you cancel, your Premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time. No prorated refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, early cancellation, inability to use due to personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with Premium features.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you are responsible for canceling before the trial period ends to avoid charges. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy applies. Forgetting to cancel a free trial does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Technical Issues

In the unlikely event that a technical issue on our end prevents service delivery, we will investigate on a case-by-case basis. User-side technical issues (internet connectivity, device compatibility, browser settings) are NOT eligible for refund. If a billing error results in a duplicate charge, we will correct the error by refunding only the duplicated amount.

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made on your account, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at support@personera.com. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for investigation. We will investigate unauthorized transaction claims and reserve the right to request additional documentation.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first is considered a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, dispute the chargeback with evidence of service usage, charge an administrative fee of $25 USD to cover processing costs, and permanently ban the account from future services.

8. Free Tokens

Tokens earned through daily bonuses, tasks, referrals, achievements, or any other free method have no monetary value and are not eligible for refund, cash withdrawal, or transfer. The Company reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or modify free token balances at any time without prior notice.

9. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for unused tokens or remaining subscription time. If you voluntarily delete your account, all tokens, subscription data, and progress are permanently lost with no right to refund.

10. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. In jurisdictions where the law requires a cooling-off period or mandatory refund rights, those rights apply to the extent required. To exercise legal rights, contact us with proof of purchase and reference to the applicable legislation.

11. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
