Personera is an AI-powered platform that enables users to chat and debate with AI characters. The service includes chat mode, debate mode, leaderboards, a token system, and premium features.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Tokens are the in-platform currency used to access conversation rounds. Purchased tokens are non-refundable. Free tokens earned through daily bonuses, tasks, or referrals have no monetary value. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
AI responses are generated by language models and do not represent real opinions. AI character responses are fictional and for entertainment/education purposes. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
Users must not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, generating harmful content, or attempting to manipulate the AI system in ways that violate our policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
User-created characters are reviewed by moderation before being made public. You retain rights to your original creations but grant us a license to display them on the platform. Creators earn 20% of tokens spent by other users on their public characters.
All platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Personera or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Personera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
